Identify Please!
Can you identify this flower and it's famous seed pod? These are growing in a flower box just outside our condo complex. (Perhaps for medicinal purposes)

Well of course they are Poppies. In Leaside our Poppies were just ready to bloom, each year when the rabbits came up from the Don Valley and ate the heads off every plant. For medicinal purposes of course.
